Every year they book a full family session and every year they show up with their beautiful smiles and contagious love. l look forward to this session every year not only because I capture so much love, but because they are beautiful inside and out. It radiates and I am lucky enough to be an observer of it <3
Full Sessions are Golden, Raleigh Family Lifestyle Photographer
Not all children show up ready to be photographed. I am a new person, and not all kids adjust well to a new person with a big ol camera in her face :) But, when you book a full session, you get a full session. We stop, slow down, have a snack, play a game. We let mom nurse the baby, dad play with big brother. We walk and run around, all the while I am capturing these moments, the true moments of parenthood. You would never know it from this session that baby girl was mad, and that big brother wanted nothing to do with me. I could tell mom was nervous but I kept reminding her that I was capturing magic. To date, their gallery was the largest I have ever delivered, well over 100 images. I never promise this amount, nor do I ever plan on delivering this many. But it was just SO GOOD. Relaxed, quiet, no one shouting for smiles or attention. I just walked them though the evening and this is what we got, well a fraction of it. Full sessions are golden.

Let me tell you a little secret that I discovered after my last baby was born; babies do not belong in baskets, they belong in mama’s arms. And now that my little baby is almost four, I can tell you from experience that the images you will treasure the most will be the ones where you see your baby in the room you made for him, surrounded by the place you called home, where you fell in love all over again.

I met Alicia (A-l (short i) sh-a :) at a promo even for a mom’s group when I was first starting out in Raleigh. She has hired me for every milestone since and she has become an asset to EMP, spreading my name to everyone she meets and knows. She is a beautiful soul inside and out. As her family prepares to relocate, it was not an option to get in one more family session before the big move. I can’t wait to travel to Texas to photograph them soon (kidding, not kidding!). I am so glad that this family took me up on the offer because the final product is simply amazing! The quality of the professionally printed and mounted images inside these to-die-for frames is beyond extraordinary! And I cannot stress enough the quailty of professionally printed images. I know the immediate response right now is ‘I want the disk’ but you could have an amazing order of prints to gift and display if you really took the time to think about how you want to use and display the images in your home :)
Here is a sample of their order! Please note that I am not a product photographer! There are (3) Lewis frames in white, 11×14, (1) Audrey frame in white, 11×14, and just to show size and color I have compared the Audrey in 8×10 and 11×14 (size of the print- as you can see the actual frames is much larger with beautiful character). There is also (1) Ellie frame in white, 8×10 that I also used to compare the colors parchment & white.
